op1-mod

j3threejay/op1-mod · ★ 3

A free patch for the original OP-1's final firmware, 246. It adds a KEYS synth engine, chord mode, scales, a piano-roll sequencer, six new effects, a new LFO and MIDI CC on almost every knob.

About this project

This builds on stock firmware 246 rather than replacing the OP-1's character. Chord mode offers twelve shapes that follow the scale you set, and the white keys can play any scale and root you pick.

The new TRACK sequencer has a piano roll and a grid, and records chords. You supply the official firmware yourself.
